DLA can help you record
your block feeds:
BLOCK FEED help - DLA (DOWN LOAD ASSISTANT)- AND BJ HOMESAT ENHANCE EACH OTHER ... A TEAM WORKING TOGETHER TO HELP YOU.
The best investment is and has always been BJ HOMESAT. It is still the best value over DVD packages and VHS tape when you have large number of students and need to mix subjects
from various grade levels for one child.
We suggest you keep the BJ HomeSat and the Down Load Assistant - DLA plan.
BJ HomeSat and your class registration would stay the same.
You keep "buffet" type price for access to ALL the network and for $6.95 a block feed (also know as a download) we support you. For DLA support:
- You must be registered on BJ HomeSat for the current school year
- You must be registered for each subject
- You must register for each subject on the DLA plan
So keep BJ HomeSat and add the DLA option.
More info:
What is said about a missed week here or there due to family vacations and/or other special needs as well as a normal missed block feed etc. is why we pushed to get a Down Load Assistant plan approved.
As a DLA member ($49 a year - introductory offer-) you pay us $6.95 per block feed. We send it to you (first class mail) as you need it (the lessons).
You can use as much or as little of the DLA plan you want to use. Some have us do one or two block feeds other ask us to do the whole subject.

The DVD will have each lesson (five to ten per disk) and each Mom's Minutes "professionally bookmarked" for easy access!
Let us be your DownLoad Assistant. You remain a BJ HomeSat subscriber and we help take the hassle out of the Downloading of K-12 subjects while you still enjoy the value (buffet pricing), hours and hours of home school workshops for mom and dad, access to other great adult education content and good family enrichment programming ALL from the BJ HomeSat Network.
You do not need additional equipment if you have a DVD-R player (they are about $40 at Sam's Club, K-Mart, Target, etc.).
Everything else with BJ HomeSat and BJUP (your textbook supplier) stays the same.
Therefore, here are your requirements from the BJ HomeSat Agreement that you have agreed to:
3. b "..... Upon cancellation (of BJ HomeSat), any recorded content of BJ HomeSat must be destroyed within (30) days of cancellation."
As stated before, use of DLA is governed by the BJ HomeSat agreement (see quoted from above). You can use DLA ONLY as a BJ HomeSat subscriber and then you destroy the disc.
You keep BJ HomeSat - $39.99 per month.
You must register for each subject on DLA plan.
You sign up as DLA (Down Load Assistant) member - $49 per year.
Then use DLA per disk OR a subject. |
